Questions we hear often
Most of our supports are delivered under NDIS plans. If you are exploring NDIS for the first time, we can walk you through the process and help you understand what funding may be available.
We provide in-home and community support across Western Sydney, including the Hills District (such as Kellyville, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Rouse Hill and Cherrybrook), the Blacktown area and the Parramatta area. See our Service Areas page for the full list. If your suburb isn't listed, get in touch and we'll happily check for you.
Reach out by phone, email, or the contact form. We will arrange a conversation to understand your goals, discuss your NDIS plan, and match you with the right support.
Yes. Choice and control sit at the heart of how we work. We take time to match you with workers who fit your needs, preferences, and routine.
We design support around your life — not the other way around. Hours can be arranged to suit appointments, work, family, and community activities.
We offer daily personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments, and community participation. If you need something different, talk to us and we will see how we can help.
Yes. Family members, carers and support coordinators are welcome to get in touch. We always involve the person receiving support in decisions, and only share information with family or carers with their consent.
That's common. Choose "Not sure yet" on the enquiry form, or give us a call, and we'll talk it through with you. It can help to think about which everyday tasks take the most energy, and what you'd like to do more of.
No. An enquiry is not a booking or a service agreement. It simply starts a conversation, and nothing begins without your agreement.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Please don't include medical details, NDIS or Medicare numbers, or bank details in the enquiry form. If we need more information, we'll talk about it with you privately.
